How to create your MediaThrive account and start the onboarding process

Creating your MediaThrive account is the first step to transforming your content workflow. This guide walks you through the registration process.
Creating Your Account
- Visit mediathrive.com/auth/sign-up
- Enter your email address and create a secure password
- Click "Create Account" to proceed
Account Verification
After submitting your registration:
- Check your email inbox for a verification message from MediaThrive
- Click the verification link in the email to confirm your account
- If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or click "Resend Verification Email" on the verification page
Sign-In Options
MediaThrive supports multiple authentication methods:
Email and Password
This is the standard method you set up during registration.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
You can set up SSO with:
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft 365 (comming soon)
Security Recommendations
To keep your account secure:
- Use a strong, unique password
- Enable two-factor authentication (available in account settings)
- Don't share your account credentials
- Log out when using shared computers
